My Birthday!!!

A Lonely Birthday
Sadly, there's no one to celebrate with me. Now that most of the people are working (except me), they can't really celebrate with me. Well, there are a lot of movies opening today, but I'm only interested in Ice Age 2 so far. Can't really watch it today since most of the people are working.

Anyway, at least some people still remember my birthday and send me wishes through MSN messenger and SMS. Well, actually, I celebrated my birthday with my family at Vienna International Seafood restaurant at United Square last Sunday. Most of the food served were seafood, which were served in different cuisine, from Asian to Western. Ok, it is a buffet, so I'll kind of eat a lot there.

2 days ago, my friends Shiqing and Dezhi also invite me for lunch at Manhattan Fish Market at Plaza Singapura. The food were kind of like Fish & Co., but smaller in portion and lower in price. Well, as we were also catching a movie (V for Venetta) later, we had to rush the waitress to ask them to cook quickly and gobble them once they were being served to us. We then quickly walk to Cathay building and catch a movie there. Well, we were late for about 5-10 minutes, so we missed quite a lot from the front part.

Driving
Sadly, I failed my traffic police driving test yesterday, so I've to retake them somewhere in June. This means that I have to spend more money on revision and the test as well... :( Ok, let's talk about other things.

Jobs
Anyway, I'm still looking for a job, generally those admin jobs. Hmm... think I could only get a temporary job earliest by end April, considering the fact that I looked out for jobs quite late. Anyway, if I don't get a job by May, I may consider signing up for upgrading course to upgrade myself. Well, by upgrading, I will be able to catch up with the current situation.

By the way, I most interested in finding temporary jobs that are scientific related (eg. Lab Technicians) and also hospital admin jobs. Think it's an interesting place to work at such places.

The Miz River

Hello! Welcome to The Miz River. Ok, basically, I decided to come up with a new blog, since my older one are kind of standard and boring. I also decided to create this new blog on my birthday as well. Yes, today is my birthday. You can go ahead and send mme wishes and greetings through SMS, MSN messenger or even comments here.

Anyway, the content of this blog will basically be about the same as my old one, anything about me and my life, just that I'll write it in a less standardise format. Ok, when will the new posting comes in? I'll try to update at least 1 time a week, if I have the time. Since I'm quite free right now, having no job at the moment (sadly), I'll try to update them whenever I have something to say.

If you have notice, the background is basically the same as the previous one. That's because I just copy and paste the templete from my old blog, MiZiBlog. Anyway, I'll be doing some minor changes to the blog as well.

Why Miz River?
Well, actually, the word "river" derived from my surname "jiang" (江）, and the name Miz is my shortform of my full name that I've made it myself (Ming Zhi). So, can you see from that point?

How about "the river reveals one's aspirations"? You have seen me putting this on MSN messenger most of the time, and maybe even somewhere else as well. Actually, I got that from babelfish translation when I try to translate my Chinese name (江明志） into English. The answer came out to be that, so I decided to use that as my MSN messenger title and the description as well. Interesting right?
